Project Management
Ensuring a project delivers on its aims and objectives within a limited time scale and with a specific set of human, technical and financial resources in order to meet user and stakeholder expectations.
Resource
The staff, equipment and funding required to carry out a project. It can also refer to any kind of written or electronic material. In internet terminology a resource is anything that can be addressable by a URL.
SMART Objectives
These are objectives which are strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic and deliverable in a timescale.
Stakeholders
Those people and organisations that have, or potentially have, a vested interest in the success of the programme.
Standards
A set of principles against which a programme of work should be delivered.
SWOT analysis
An analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the partnership including both internal and external factors.
